You will need to place the divider in the middle of the box to separate both of the subwoofers. Using a jigsaw cut the board and the inner circle to rest the speaker. Use a filer to smooth the cut edges of the board and a sandpaper to smooth the inner circle. The side panels will have almost 2вЂќ circle holes for the wires to pass through them. Use screws to fix the fiberboard in the shape of a box while using silicon to air tight it in the case of sealed enclosure. Glue the carpet to the top panel where the speakers will be popping out. Screw the connectors and air tight them with silicon as well. Then connect the positive and negative terminal to the speaker wires respectively. Once the sub is in the box and placed properly tighten it up with metal screws and place it in the trunk.
