Use screws to fix the fiberboard in the shape of a box while using silicon to air tight it in the case of sealed enclosure. Glue the carpet to the top panel where the speakers will be popping out. Screw the connectors and air tight them with silicon as well. Then connect the positive and negative terminal to the speaker wires respectively. Once the sub is in the box and placed properly tighten it up with metal screws and place it in the trunk.
